THE THIRD EYE
I am ready to see what else you have to offer Scott, what’s next? I’m going to talk to you about an eye you didn’t know you had, or maybe you did and didn’t know what it was or how to use it. It is what we psychics call “The Third Eye.” Don’t let the idea of having a third eye scare you away, you’ve had it your whole life and more than likely have used it a few times unknowingly. The third eye is located between your eyes and between your ears and is inside your head, it is not like your other eyes though. It is called the pineal gland and it is located on the brain, you can google it when you have the time, the placement is only mildly important and the physicality of it is not really important to us here at this level.
When I was young I would take my pointer finger and close my two physical eyes and slowly move my outstretched finger toward my forehead until it got super tingly. This is something that I thought was normal and that everyone could do, little did I know that wasn’t true and that I was activating my third eye. At the time I had never heard of the third eye and I had never heard of being psychic and I certainly had no idea of the journey ahead of me. As I got older an my abilities got stronger I investigated and found what the third eye was and what it did, and why when I would play my game that I would have more concentrated feelings and emotions. Have you ever felt that tingle in the center of your forehead or any pressure? What were the circumstances?
Now I am going to give you a quick exercise to try, it’s my little childhood game so it’s fun. First take a deep breath through your nose and feel it go into your belly, now exhale and let it out your mouth. After you have done this several times and feel nice and relaxed move to the second step. This is next part, I want you to close your eyes and clear your mind. Let go of all the things on your mind, the bills the noise the family and all your troubles, imagine a blank movie screen. The third step is to slowly move your finger toward the center of your head. Are you starting to feel anything physically or are you getting any images that you can see with your eyes closed? Don’t be surprised if you see colors and feel pressure and or tingling in the center of your forehead. If this feels uncomfortable go ahead and stop, rub your forehead and do it again when you are ready. This simple exercise is the easiest way of opening that third eye, it is a simple exercise and can be done just about anywhere. Just do this a few times a week and it will help you focus on using that third eye when it is needed. Eventually just thinking about doing this exercise will activate your third eye, mine is tingling as I write this and that is how powerful a tool this is.
Scott, ok here’s the thing, when is it going to be needed? I can tell you when I use it and how, this can be a guide for how you can use your third eye or simply a jumping point for you to start your own journey on what to do with it. I use it when I get that feeling in my gut that says I need to pay attention or that there is more to a situation than I am picking up with my other five senses. Let’s say I walk into a home of a friend and I get a nagging feeling that there is someone who wants to talk that I don’t see and no one else is acknowledging, I simply close my eyes and concentrate on my third eye. I take several deep breaths and let images come to me in my little movie theater in my head, the third eye projects images on the screen and I get the information I need. Sometimes it’s a name or a photo of a person who wants to communicate or just a sprit roaming around the house that wants to be acknowledged. After this starts happening to you it’s important to remember to not be scared, nothing is going to hurt you and you are in control of everything happening.
With that I can also tell you that this tool is very handy for those of us who get feelings that we can’t shake and need to express in some form. Imagine that you have your cell phone out and are getting messages but your screen isn’t displaying the information, you know that there is a message but without the screen you can’t see who is trying to reach you or what they want. This amazing gift that we all possess is the same thing but it is built into us, we just need to learn how to access it and use it. The next time you get that unshakable feeling that you need to know something, close your eyes and preform the exercise from above. What images or words are you receiving, what do they mean and how do they relate to what you are doing?
The most important lesson I can teach every time with each technique and I will repeat often is that you should not second guess yourself. Validation will come to you in ways that will surprise you, when you are least expecting it and in forms you couldn’t guess. I know that sounds kind of cryptic but just remember that when you are getting information it is not always strait forward and to the point, as an example I once received an image of an orchid flower with a fire in the center of it. What the heck did that mean? Well I was doing a reading for a woman and she understood it completely, a friend of her had recently passed in a fire and at the funeral there were orchids everywhere. So that was validation of who I was talking to and helped me connect to that person better. Don’t be frustrated if at first information is scattered and kind of all over the place, you will get better with practice and focus. If you had never written a note with your weak hand you wouldn’t expect to write a perfect letter to someone the first try. The letters and punctuation would look sloppy and poorly done but with practice it would get better and this is what we are working on here, even myself every day I have to practice and know that I work with a certain amount of room for error.
